And that’s it over… open studio week is closed but what a week it’s been!! I had 115 people visit the studio, sold 52 items 😲 and have commissions for pottery and paintings! I have had such a fun time (even with my twisted knee!), chatted with everyone, had gin on the deck, tea on the bench, lunch brought round when I was stuck (thanks @fabgirl50 for my cheesy chips & curry sauce!!) so I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who popped in past - and hopefully see you all next time! For now … I need a holiday!! 🤣.

On such a wild and wet day, it was lovely to see some lovely visitors who braved the weather to come in to see me even though I hadn’t planned to be open today. Thanks to @antallasolais for coming round to see us in Gairloch and the surrounding area!

Had a bit of time to make a few pieces on the wheel a wee while ago, so finally got to try out some new glazes that I bought ages ago! I love them 😍

Gairloch’s most talented independent artist and makers will be demonstrating their crafts in the delightful surroundings of the Gin Garden in The Old Inn, this Friday 19th and Saturday 20th April - see image for timings.

The Old Inn will be serving coffee and cake from 10.30. The bar will be open from 12 onwards with lunch offered from 12-2.
