1. Validity & Expiry

• The certificate is valid for exactly 12 months from the date of purchase.

• The exact expiry date is written on the back of the certificate.

• Once this date has passed, the certificate cannot be used, extended, or refunded.

2. Redemption

• The certificate can only be used to purchase physical, ready-made pottery items, cards, prints and original paintings directly from CLAE Ceramics/AmandaJan Art

• It cannot be used towards commissions.

• To redeem, please present the physical certificate at the time of purchase or quoting voucher number if not in person.

3. Change & Balance

• The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

• If your purchase total is less than the value of the certificate, no cash change will be given. Any remaining balance will be issued as a new credit note or digital balance under the same original expiry date.

4. Item Availability & Shipping

• All items are handmade and subject to stock availability. A gift certificate does not guarantee that a specific piece or style will be in stock.

• The certificate cannot be used to cover postal delivery and shipping charges.

5. Loss & Refunds

• Please keep the certificate safe. CLAE Ceramics is not responsible for certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
